The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

1000 watchers and New Years Resolutions

Hey all!

I want to start this journal by saying... thanks to everyone who watch me, whether it be for just the fanart I do or any art. I recently hit 1000 watchers, and... I honestly never dreamed I'd ever hit that much. To me, my art is pretty bland ahah xD
But seriously... thanks guys, you all rock!

I have a few resolutions I'd like to make this year... I don't usually make resolutions, but this year I really feel I should.

Finish the first issue of ToA and print it

For a long time, I've been prancing around making comics but never really settled down on one. With Albasia though... I just can't seem to abandon it. I have a full script written out and a great story planned! I would love to be able to finish up the first issue (which consists of 24 pages, not including any extra pages I may include such as character bios and such). Thing is... would anyone buy it?

Interact more with people at Uni

I haven't got too involved with people at Uni yet, which can get a little lonely... I want to try to interact with them more this year.

Uhh... that's pretty much it lol xD Hopefully I will be successful with both of them!

Oh, and I have a new journal skin... I'll probably change it later, but... eh it's cool for now!
